This policy applies to visitors to the UriBuild website, applicants and participants in UriBuild testing programmes, people who submit a problem or enquiry, potential partners and anyone who asks to receive product communications. 4. Information you should not send

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, bank login details, authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive personal information through application, contact or feedback forms. UriBuild products may allow you to create your own financial organisation records, but UriBuild does not need your bank credentials to review a Beta application or respond to an enquiry.

5. How information is collected

Information may be collected directly from you when you complete a form, send a message, join a programme, create a permitted test record or provide feedback. Limited technical information may be collected automatically when the website or a product is delivered. UriBuild may also receive information from a service provider where necessary to authenticate access, send a requested message or investigate a technical problem.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing.

8. Private Beta applications and selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Application answers may be reviewed to identify a balanced group of testers whose circumstances are relevant to the product. Decisions are not intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects. UriBuild may contact an applicant for clarification before making a selection.

9. Product records during testing

A Beta product may store records you choose to enter so that its features can work. Product records are used to deliver and evaluate the product and should not be confused with information supplied in the application form. Product-specific notices may explain the data fields, storage period, deletion controls and limitations relevant to that product.

10. Service providers

UriBuild may use carefully selected providers for database storage, hosting, authentication, email delivery, security, error monitoring and other necessary operations. Supabase is used for Private Beta applications and related records. Resend or another disclosed email provider may be used for requested communications. Providers may process only the information needed to perform their services and are expected to protect it appropriately.

11. International processing

Some providers may store or process information in a country different from yours. Where required, UriBuild will use reasonable contractual, organisational or other safeguards intended to protect information transferred across borders.

12. When information may be shared

UriBuild does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers working under UriBuild's instructions, professional advisers who owe duties of confidentiality, authorities where disclosure is legally required, or another organisation involved in a genuine restructuring or transfer of the relevant operation. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, security or programme integrity.

13. How long information is kept

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including operational, security, dispute and legal-record requirements.

• Unsuccessful or expired application records may be removed or anonymised after the relevant programme and reasonable follow-up period.
• Active tester information may be kept for the programme, evaluation and a reasonable period needed to resolve issues.
• Product-update contact details remain until you unsubscribe, request deletion or the list is discontinued.
• Enquiry records remain while the conversation is active and for a reasonable business-record period afterwards.
• Security logs may be retained for a limited period needed to detect, investigate and prevent abuse.

Specific periods may vary where a longer or shorter period is required by law, a dispute, security needs or a product-specific notice.

14. Security

UriBuild uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, limited provider access and security-conscious development practices. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If a material incident affects your information, UriBuild will take appropriate response steps and provide notice where required.

UriBuild may ask for reasonable information to confirm identity and protect records from unauthorised access. A request may be limited where an applicable exception or legal obligation requires information to be kept, but the reason will be explained where appropriate.

UriBuild does not claim to use advertising trackers or optional behavioural analytics unless they are introduced and clearly disclosed with any choice required by law.

UriBuild Private Beta programmes are intended for people aged 18 and above unless a product-specific notice expressly states otherwise.
